Shipping & Returns

CheriMona’s Boutique processes all orders using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Orders are processed within 72 hours from the date of purchase.  
Address Verification
Due to cardholder security all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address.
The billing and shipping address must be the same to avoid cancellation.
Be sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect address information. 

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping is 5 to 7 Business Days After Processing. If within the continental US.  Once your order has left our possession, we will provide you your tracking info.  

Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

Express Shipping time-frame is 1 to 2 business days

If your order is placed Tuesday – Friday by 12 PM EST, your order will be shipped the same day.  You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2- day area Express Mail Area.  (Contact your local post office to check your area).  Shipping and Handling Fees may vary. Express Orders; please utilize the shipping calculator for the exact amount. 

International Shipping may vary:

 

International Express Shipping 3 to 10 Business Days
International Priority Shipping 10 to 25 Business Days
You're responsible for all customs and duties fees.
Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.

AFO/FPO
Yes we do ship to APO/FPO addresses.  Typically your items will arrive 8-15 business days after processing. 

 

Refused Packages
If your package refused or return  from USPS; you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package. CheriMona’s Attic Boutique WILL not issue refunds. 

 

Lost Packages 
CheriMona’s Attic Boutique is not responsible for lost packages due to USPS error.   
Insurance Options are available through the USPS.

 

Returned Orders
